Vendor Opportunities
Sell directly to a room full of women ready to shop, connect, and support local. Vendor tables are available for the Sip Happens launch event on November 7th at the Tennessee Shakespeare Company.
What's included:

Vendor fee: $125
We're looking for vendors in categories including:
Beauty & wellness, fashion & accessories, food & beverage, self-care, jewelry, home goods, and women-owned services.
What to bring: Your own display setup, signage, and payment processing.
Sip Happens Vendor Refund Policy
All vendor registration fees are considered confirmed once payment is received and a vendor space has been reserved.
Vendor Cancellations:
Vendors who need to cancel their participation may request a full refund up to five (5) calendar days before the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the event are non-refundable.
Vendor No-Shows:
Vendors who fail to attend the event without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Vendor fees cannot be transferred to a future Memphis Women Rock event unless otherwise approved by the event organizer.
Event Cancellation:
If Sip Happens is canceled by Memphis Women Rock and a replacement date is not scheduled, vendors will receive a full refund of their vendor registration fee.
Event Rescheduling:
If the event is rescheduled, vendor registration will automatically transfer to the new event date. Vendors who are unable to participate on the rescheduled date may request a full refund within the timeframe communicated by Memphis Women Rock.
Severe Weather & Emergency Postponements:
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, venue emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Memphis Women Rock, the event may be postponed or rescheduled for the safety of vendors and attendees. Vendor fees will be transferred to the rescheduled event date. If the event is ultimately canceled and not rescheduled, vendors will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
By submitting payment and registering as a vendor, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Sip Happens Vendor Refund Policy.
